Maybe it just never occurred me before, but there’s been two definitions of “Hack.” It might’ve been because I was neck-deep in Portal stuff so it only registered as the computer hacking, but...

Hack: “cut with rough or heavy blows.”

I mean Wheatley would still suck at hacking but that makes a lot more sense.
