I finally got my watch back to track my fitness journey so i decided to walk my dog today. during the walk i wanted to induce a little and the results were better then expected! 😋

so i’m at work and i literally sneezed twice while typing this, but earlier i had a pretty big fit (for my standards) so i thought id share
