Well... according to the artist, you can read AraKan Remaster for free on “マンガワン“ (Manga One) App. New chapters will be added bit by bit. Bad news for us - App is not available everywhere... I think you might try to install it anyway, just google ‘How to install Japanese apps’. Watase-sensei has also tweeted about it!
Vol. 8 of Remaster edition comes out on 16th of June 2017. As you see, Harunawa on the cover.

Arata Kanagatari Remaster Vol.4
Yorunami is on a cover, it’s very beautiful. Concept is the same, his color is blue (what a surprise). Flowers look like maple leaves on water for me. It has a meaning of beauty, but also symbol for “peaceful retreat” which is great for Yorunami, since he finally found his peace.
Inside illustration is Hiruko, it was drawn extra for this edition. Contest images are cover illustrations of 7 and 8 volumes of original edition.
