I have this tradition to make a dish or eat at a place that reminds me of the person that passed away. Tonight in remembrance of David Liebowitz, I made vegan fried chicken. Back in 2014, we went to Neverland and had a picnic. He was trying to overeat the chicken and I got a little upset with him. Even when he was alive, every time I saw fried chicken, I thought of him. Now that I no longer eat meat, I made this dish using Oyster Mushrooms, and air fried it to reduce the oil.
