What do I ask for reso head? Thin single-ply head. No inlay ring. Not black or ebony. I like Remo Clear Ambassador. However, it reflects on the stage. A head that is not coated for a rich sustain. It is not a genuine product or a general head, but something unique. I found it at a business partner. First is Remo Smooth White Ambassador 1-ply of 10-mil head. And we ordered Pearl SW (Smooth White), which is standard equipment below the competitor series of Japanese Pearl marching bass drums. 1-ply of head thicker than 10-mils. Generally feel that a dull logo is cool to me.
