Takumi and Alain had spoken previously, and Takumi had taken an almost begrudging interest in him, but he couldn’t help but be intimidated by the strength and general mass of Alain’s steed.
“...How did you tame that thing?” His gaze trailed upward, toward the bulky winged reptile, furrowing his brows. It was one thing to tame a pegasus or a kinshi, but dragons were ferocious by nature, weren’t they? “And - why? What possessed you to want a dragon for a mount?”
