I’m so, so glad they finally removed the tacky fake sewn leather trims on the back =).

The only downside is the non-removable battery. When it dies, like in most Note 4s (they start to degrade like crazy just after 11 months), how do we change it.

Though having a removable battery is useful for some people, it adds bulk to the phone, increases the manufacturing cost, and decreases reliable (more breakable parts). Removable batteries on mobile phones are going the way of the slide-out keyboard, I’m afraid.

But it doesn't add much bulk though. Galaxy s5 is .32/8.1mm thick and the Galaxy s7 is .31/7.9mm thick. That's basically nothing.

When I said "bulk" I was referring to the volume, not just the thickness. The S7 has 6.1% less volume than the S5 with a battery that has 200 mAh more capacity in addition to being less costly for them to manufacture, with the only trade-off being complaints from a small minority of people. Considering how successful the S7 has been, I think Samsung made the right choice :).
