#removing a window

Executive decision - we’re putting in a range hood. We removed the window that was above the stove, patched the opening, and ordered the hood today. 

Even though we were discussing making this addition at some point, we/I did a really bad job of any sort of planning ahead with regards to the kitchen project - so I have a lot of backsplash to re-do, and we’re going to have to re-hang the upper cabinets so that they are closer together. Yaaaaaay. It’ll be ok, though. Actually, it’ll be freaking rad - when it’s done, anyway.

Also we now have a spare window.
