Snippet of a Wild and renaissance lady: There is only one food I could eat every day at any time of the day fresh or with nascent molds and that is goat cheese. Specifically the « bouchon » or the “cendré “... the harder and stinkier the cheese the better! Yep that is the French in me ... we love our non pasteurized cheese!!!
