I know I say this every year but it’s important.

The company has to either hand them to you or have them mailed by the 31st of January. If they have an old address listed and they won’t print you a new one or give you any type of grief in giving it to you ESPECIALLY IF THEY GIVE YOU CONDITIONS BEFORE THEY WILL GIVE OT TO YOU like you need to turn in a work shirt or some BS before they will give it to you please, please, PLEASE call the IRS and let them know they are withholding your W2. They will get it sorted out quickly because that’s illegal and they love fining companies for that shit.
