sure, he hadn't exactly bothered to fully educate himself on the key details of this wacko place he was stuck in, but he did happen to know that he was supposed to share his apartment with two other individuals, both of which he assumed were from their own separate dimensions that probably possessed some stupid magical aspects or powers that they had somehow transported along with them into this place. he honestly didn't care whatsoever about who his roommates were unless they were like those obnoxious people you see in cartoons with a ego bigger than they can handle who always boasted about the time that they fended off seventeen robot demon dragons with laser-shooting eyeballs with only two fire-blasting ray guns. anything else - well, maybe except for a wimp who cried whenever an unsettling thought crossed their minds - he could probably put up with.
however, he supposed that regardless of how his roommates acted, he was almost certain that nothing would change how much he dug this apartment that he was assigned to - that was, unless they smashed the television and shredded the sofa and pretty much turned the place into an exact replica of what his old house looked like back in colorado. presently he was slouching on the couch, the remote in one hand and pointed at the television even though he had no intentions on changing the channel. they were broadcasting some bizarre cartoon that he had never heard of, but nothing interesting seemed to be on any of the channels that he had already flipped through. so far he was actually enjoying it - probably because none of the other people he had to share the complex with had arrived yet. that was a time that he was most certainly not looking forward to.
