Our project at Middle Cove involves demolishing a very dated laundry, porch, and study. We are now preparing to pour a concrete slab which will be the base for a new open plan kitchen, family room, and outdoor room, as well as a new laundry.

Some bathroom progress at Bellevue Hill. This is the new ensuite for the main bedroom, part of the first floor extension on this level, including a new walk in robe.

One of two watertanks to be installed at Bellevue Hill. This one is tall and thin to fit between two windows, and shaped out of cylinders to structurally bear the weight of water without deforming. A rectangular or even oval shaped tank would lose its shape over time.
Two bathrooms at Frenchs Forest. We're enjoying the noise the checkered tile produces, adding a bit of colour and texture variation to compliment the broader white colour scheme.
A bathroom needs clear, light colours to create space and light, but a bit of tone and texture adds visual interest and draws the eye to the outside.
Second storey addition framing at Castle Cove. These were carried up by crane, as were the now hidden steel beams under the floor. Next up will be the roof framing. And look at those clouds!
Smiles all around at this rear extension in Lane Cove 😄

Another steel beam installation. We're taking all the walls down to open up the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. Pre-existing skylights can now flood the whole space with natural sunlight.
