The Problem: It’s dry (thankfully), but it’s also a fluorescent-lit dungeon. I want it to be a cozy lounge or guest area, but the low ceilings and concrete floors aren’t exactly whispering hygge.

Their emphasis on moisture control and egress windows was reassuring (safety first!), but the real kicker was their home theater and bar builds. One project featured a built-in bookshelf with LED backlighting, and now I’m mentally replacing my sad storage bins with a moody, library-esque wall.
The Takeaway: I’m pricing out waterproof vinyl plank flooring and debating if I can convince my spouse that a mini-fridge is a necessity. Also, recessed lighting. So much recessed lighting.
