Does anybody know anything about renters rights or w/e?

Cuz my landlord has two pitbulls on the property, despite the apartments we live in having a staunch no pet rule. There are exceptions for service animals, but having two pit bulls seems to be a bit much. Plus, they are very loud and energetic and are not behaved like service dogs like. At all.

Meamwhile I cant even have fish because of "potential water damage"
