HAPPY 21ST BIRTHDAY TO @renxhakuryuu
Heya! Just dropping by to say that your 1950's-Dress-Tim fics are an absolute DELIGHT! I just finished rereading them again and noticed your Tumblr link, so I figured I'd say something, since I'm garbage at leaving comments. <3 Thanks so much for writing that lovely AU!
Thank you very much for your comment! ❤
I don’t think it’s garbage at all, it certainly improved my day hearing your thoughts. I’m glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for taking the time to let me know how you feel!
You can read the You Can Have Anything You Want In Life If You Dress For It series on my AO3!
How about 14 - 16 from the writers meta asks? ( Love your writing, by the by <3 )
Thank you! :D
14. At what point in writing do you come up with a title?
Usually I don’t come up with a title until I’ve finished writing (which is not necessarily when I post, since I prewrite a lot of things for shipweeks and the like). Occasionally rarely I’ll come up with a title while writing (generally something I stumble across while researching sparks something, or I write a line I particularly like). Very, very rarely I’ll know the title of a story before I start writing (this usually happens with series when I’m titling all the stories along a theme).
15. Which is harder: titles or summaries (or tags)?
Oh man, definitely titles! I think I do pretty well writing summaries (though, okay, I do occasionally write trolling summaries on purpose), and I actually have a really good time figuring out tags for a story. Titles are tricky, because I want something that reflects the mood of the story while also being unique (and not a song lyric).
16. Tried anything new with your writing lately? (style, POV, genre, fandom?)
Yes and no! I’ve been trying to write more in past tense lately because I want to get to a point where I’m equally comfortable writing in both past and present tense—but it’s not exactly a new thing! I used to only write in past tense, never even considered writing in present tense until my last fandom. Now I write almost exclusively in present tense and I generally find past tense a real chore to deal with—which is so weird considering that I know I used to be completely at ease with it!
SHOU YOU'RE SUPER SWEET THANK YOU
YOU DESERVE IT!! I’M LOVE YOUR ART!!!!!!
