it always happens at those places,because insulation twists the most.if the wires were not damaged you can use heat-shrinking tube,if they sell it in your city. hide, clip everything unneeded, slide the tube so it'll overlap the damaged area by 2cm and you can use even lighter to shrink. just don't use direct fire, only heat. it turns solid and tablet good as new)))
