She turned to face him, her calm features assuring him that she wasn’t going to start a fight. “Things were different then.” Effy stood up as she put out her smoke with her foot. “But--- yeah. I used to want you. Just not anymore.” She admitted and with a last glance at her once lover, she left in silence.
