@monstersqueen do you think cql!wwx is able to recultivate his golden core? That’s a burning question in my mind, lol. I’d like to think so and he does it with lwj’s assistance ;)
It's way too heartbreaking if he can't, so I prefer to headcanon that the ritual Mo Xuanyu used, which is supposed to heal all the injuries, does give him back the possibility of getting a golden core.
....I kinda find it unlikely though, but that's just too depressing to think of, since I don't think demonic cultivation has the same effect on someone's aging than regular cultivation does.
....so basically it's a case where i choose to ignore what it's most likely in favor of what I prefer to believe
(otoh in the novel he gets Mo Xuanyu’s body, which IS able to cultivate a golden core even if it’s difficult, and there I am CONVINCED that he manages to, and that lwj’s assistance is a great help to him :D)
