I've been looking for this fic for a year now. It's at least over 12 years old, likely early 2010s, maybe older, since I've read it as a translation into my native language, and I don't know what site it came from (I can't find the translation either)
I think it was called Victoria but I might be mistaken
It's post year 6 AU, Harry's POV, chaptered (pretty long), NC-17, as side pairings apart from canon ones there was Snupin
Summer after year 6 Draco appears at the Dursley's with a baby. It's his daughter, Victoria, he learnt about her existence like three days ago, and incidentally there was Death Eaters' raid on Victoria's mother and grandparent's house, and he only managed to save the baby. He asks Harry to look after her for for a while because it's not safe at the Manor, since he's sure that Harry will keep the child safe and also won't prevent Draco from seeing her
Eventually they get Narcissa and for a bit Harry, Draco, Narcissa Victoria and a house elf live in Harry's bedroom at the Dursley's, then they all move to the Grimmauld Place, they also get Snape and Lupin to hide there, and later on Harry breaks Lucius out of Azkaban. So they all live together
The whole thing eventually leads to them winning the war and all that
Other notable plot points incase they might help:
1. At some point they celebrate Harry's birthday combined with Bill's stag party, and since Fleur specifically asked for no girls there, Bill and Harry get dressed into very shirt skirts and like corsets and heels as a joke
2. For Harry's birthday Draco gives him two rings: one to tell that he's Victoria's godfather, and the other one Draco's promise ring to mean that one day they are going to get married (explained as pureblood traditions). Lucius allows him to do that under the condition that one day they're going to have a Malfoy heir, and Harry's very annoyed on Victoria's behalf about it
3. At some point they have a ton of Slytherin's in the house to let them avoid joining Voldemort
4. In the end Hermione and Ron purposely get their memories of Horcruxes erased and Narcissa, Lucius, Lupin and Snape all go to teach at Hogwarts
