hi! i'm looking for a completed drarry fic on ao3.
it's definitely from before this year, and most likely longer than 10k words. my memories are very blurry
as far as i remember it, harry and draco weren't friends in the beginning, or at least not in a relationship. harry is likely an auror, i have no clue about draco. they started working on an investigation together (i think it's not an official one, but they had the same suspicions) to look for the person who's behind some evil stuff that i can't remember anymore.
the one thing i remember clearly is that no matter who else they ask about this thing they're investigating, that person will reply with the exact same sentence (to change the subject?). they tried asking their co workers, and even ron and hermione, but they all replied with this sentence which i also can't remember anymore.
draco and harry figured out that the reason is because they're sort of "mind controlled", i think it's by a potion. the fact that everybody else is under this spell/potion and might spill to the mastermind about their investigation is the reason why draco and harry are forced to work together.
