I feel like ichiji or really any of the vinesmoke siblings with a pirate lover would be really interesting like i feel like there'd be a lot of headbutting and i would love to see how your interpretation of that would go, of course you don't have to but I figured I'd throw my idea in if your requests are still open. I won't lie, the Tobirama burnout is real... but what kind of fanfic bartender would I be if I didn't give my regulars what they want (I'm delusional)? (I really like the arranged marriage idea like a lot)

I'm not entirely sure who you're writing for.
But how about a reader who compliments the character a lot for "fun", flirts cheesy and tries cheeky gestures? Simply because the character's reactions are funny for the reader? Until the character perhaps turns the game around at the end and the reader is then totally flabbergasted, overwhelmed or surprised? I think that be a switch to the current "serious" readers, just a bit "innocent" goof.
Maybe with a character like Niji, Law, Mihawk, Kakuzu, Sasori or Shisui? Or whoever you can think of, as long as you have fun! :D

As a rule of thumb for characters, I find it's easier to specify who I won't write for (Zeke Jaegar and Killer B) since making people search through a list sounds tedious. But thank you for your conscientiousness!
