Hello. I've been trying to find this fic for a while and am having no luck. It's a sad one. Steve and Bucky are together, but so are Tony and the Winter Soldier. I think they're soulmates. Bucky decides to get a procedure or something that deletes the Winter Solider personality from his head, and Tony helps him, knowing that he's killing his soulmate.
