Week 12: This week marks the beginning of an important phase – the pressure and hope of getting approval for our capstone proposal have kicked in. Our professor, Sir Gulfan, has been guiding us through this process. He recently shared valuable insights on how we should present our proposal and offered tips on becoming professional presenters. In our class discussions, Sir Gulfan emphasized the significance of a well-prepared presentation. Understanding how to effectively communicate our capstone project is crucial for its success. He walked us through the key points to include in our presentation and provided tips on how to convey our ideas clearly. Moreover, Sir Gulfan has been actively involved in improving our manuscripts. Last week, he dedicated time to correct and guide us on areas that needed revision. This hands-on approach helps us learn and refine our writing skills. With his feedback, we are better equipped to enhance the quality of our papers and meet the academic standards. This engagement with Sir Gulfan not only helps us navigate the capstone proposal process but also provides a unique opportunity for personalized learning. We appreciate the guidance and correction, knowing it contributes to our overall growth as students. As we move forward, we are determined to apply these lessons, ensuring a polished capstone proposal and a successful presentation. As we reflect on the week's activities, the knowledge gained from Sir Gulfan's teachings and corrections has instilled a sense of confidence in us. We understand the importance of clear communication in our presentations and recognize the value of continuous improvement in our writing. With this foundation, we approach the upcoming weeks with the intention of presenting a compelling capstone proposal that reflects our dedication and understanding of the project
Week 11: This week was a real rollercoaster for us as we dived into revising our capstone project. We went through chapters 2 to 5, tweaking and perfecting every detail. It was hard work, but seeing our project progressing was totally worth it. Late nights Studying became our routine as we balanced capstone revisions with almost every day exams and long quizzes. Teamwork was key, and we helped each other tackle the academic challenges. Earlier this morning we discussed about our capstone as Sir Gulfan assigned us the task of presenting our capstone project proposal, so we chose to have a face-to-face discussion rather than using messages or chats. This decision comes from the belief that effective teamwork relies on direct communication, especially considering our busy schedules and daily household chores. In addition to the presentation, Sir Gulfan assigned us another task: submitting copies of our manuscript from Chapter 1 to Chapter 5. This underscores the importance of clear communication and collaboration, crucial elements for successfully completing our capstone project. Opting for in-person discussions reflects our commitment to ensuring effective teamwork and addressing any challenges that may arise during our tasks. In the midst of all this, we had another exciting project building our booth for the upcoming Palakasan on Saturday. Palakasan is a celebration of talent and creativity, and we were thrilled to showcase our skills. Brainstorming ideas and putting together our booth was a refreshing break from the books. It wasn't just about academics; it was a chance to let our creativity shine. But still we are busy finalizing our capstone project for the final defense on December. As the week wrapped up, we hope that our efforts will lead us to the road of success. Our capstone project is progressing, reflecting our hard work. Exams and quizzes were tough, but we faced them head-on and learned a lot. Our booth, a symbol of our teamwork and creativity, was ready for the spotlight at Palakasan. This week pushed us, but it also showed our ability to handle pressure and come out stronger. We're looking forward to seeing our efforts shine in different ways at Palakasan!
Week 10: This week we are exhausted of revising capstone papers it is very challenging even the most resilient students. As the deadline looms, the pressure intensifies, creating an atmosphere of stress and sleepless nights. We review of every word, sentence, and argument becomes a daunting task, demanding a sharp focus that seems to wane as the week progresses. The weight of perfection hangs heavily, as each revision aims to elevate the paper to its highest standard. In the midst of this academic struggle, time becomes a precious commodity. Every moment is dedicated to complex theories, refining analyses, and ensuring flawless citations. The constant revisions can feel like an unending loop, as each edit reveals new aspects that require further attention. This iterative process demands not only intellectual prowess but also emotional resilience, as frustrations mount and doubts about the quality of the work surface. The interpersonal dynamics of group projects add another layer of complexity to the week. Coordinating with team members, reconciling diverse perspectives, and maintaining effective communication become integral components of the revising process. The collaborative effort, while enriching, also poses challenges as compromises are made, and the team strives for a unified and polished final product. However, amidst the challenges, there is a transformative aspect to this rigorous week. The revising of capstone papers is a crucible where knowledge is refined, and skills are honed. It's an opportunity for self-discovery and growth, pushing students to surpass their perceived limits. As the week concludes and the final drafts are submitted, a sense of accomplishment and pride emerges, proving that navigating through the hardships of revising capstone papers is not only a test of academic prowess but also a journey of personal development.

Week 9: This week, our primary focus has been dedicated to the rigorous task of revising our papers, and it's inducing a certain level of stress among us. The source of this anxiety is the looming deadline for paper submissions, particularly for chapters 4 and 5, scheduled for tomorrow. In Chapter 4, we delve into the intricate methods, testing procedures, and system setups, all of which require careful scrutiny and refinement. On the other hand, Chapter 5 presents us with the challenge of creating an extensive array of diagrams essential for system design, a task that demands our utmost attention and precision.
As we inch closer to the submission date, the sense of urgency and pressure has become palpable. We are acutely aware of the need for thoroughness and meticulousness in our work, especially in the intricate diagrams required for Chapter 5. We've committed ourselves to meeting the high academic standards set for us as students, even if it means facing a fair share of stress and late-night study sessions. Despite the challenges and anxieties, we encounter, we recognize that these experiences are instrumental in refining our time management and problem-solving skills, which are essential components of our academic journey.
While the stress levels have been notable, we've also realized that they can serve as catalysts for growth. These demanding moments push us to develop resilience and adaptability, honing our ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines. Moreover, they underscore the importance of effective collaboration within our academic community as we strive to support one another through these challenging times. As we count down to the submission deadline, we remain committed to producing high-quality work that reflects our dedication as students.
In the midst of this intense period of revision and submission preparation, it's crucial to maintain a balanced approach to managing stress. One effective strategy is to periodically step back and take short breaks to recharge. These moments of respite can help clear the mind and reduce the feeling of overwhelming pressure. Engaging in relaxation techniques, like deep breathing exercises or quick walks, can go a long way in alleviating tension and boosting focus.
Additionally, seeking support from professors, mentors, or fellow students can provide valuable guidance and insights that can ease the revision process. Collaboration and communication with peers can lead to valuable feedback and shared solutions, making the journey towards the deadline more manageable.
