More reasons to get an off-campus apartment: - The on-campus ones are far more expensive than I remembered - I can adopt a puppy!! - I can make real food and have real meals that aren't cafeteria food. - MY OWN BATHROOM - A real couch! BUT - I have to leave RHA - No more MACURH/NACURH/No Frills - Being really sad about not going to MACURH - Never ever seeing people
And I don't even know if I want to be an RA anymore. With not getting the position (I'm an alternate) I made myself re-evaluate. I thought I would have until May to decide. But RHA elections are two weeks from yesterday. And I need to know by then what I'm doing. AND, if it turns out I'm moving off campus, how am I going to tell RHA? It's become such a huge part of my college experience, I almost want to stay just for that, even though it drove me almost to tears tonight, and it's so rough I just want to scream sometimes. Someone help me make up my mind, please?
Election Meeting 2012-2013
JWRHC meeting at 7PM in the Gallery of Texas Cultures tonight! We'll be electing our new 2012-2013 officers, so COME OUT AND VOTE!
I'm meeting all of my residents today.
I have about 35 not including my roommate and me. Today, I really test my memory, so many people and their parents, and names. And I haven't even met all of them yet. Wish me luck guys :D So far, so good though.
So.. I report
to the DA that I am on duty.. (Also, this is my first time officially on duty) And the first thing he tells me is that someone had a lockout ten minutes ago... -_-
