What’s the bet Peter was just having a really bad day in the writers room when they made this episode? Like some shit went down and he just said ‘RIGHT! THAT’S IT! WE’RE GONNA FRAME MURDOCH FOR MURDER AGAIN, KIDNAP OGDEN AND SHOOT THE THREE CONSTABLES AS WELL AS AIMING A GUN AT BRACKENREIDS HEAD! THERE SHALL BE CORRUPTION, MURDER AND ALL THAT JAZZ!’ and everybody just nodded slowly and that’s how it happened. I can imagine that’s how it went down one way or another.
