On this day, we all come together to celebrate a day that changed the world forever, the day that Neil banged out those tunes.

He gives me strength everyday and it’s an honour to paint in his memory, and to feel his tunes. it’s been said his music could make an angel cry, thanks Neil.

This is just one way that trust training can look. It took us a while to enjoy pats, but the pouch was a great tool to slowly get him used to being around people again.

We started just with Santa in the pouch, on my lap for a minute or so and then a treat.

And after a few days he let he me pat him on the outside, and then further let me pat his strange oily body which was MY treat.

Thanks for opening your heart to me Santa, I’m glad I could help you feel loved like you deserve.
