Rescued Christmas Rose I found this broken rose stem under my Heirloom Roses Bull’s Eye rose bush under 3 feet of heavy and crusted Pacific Northwest snow last week. The stem with four closed buds had broken off from the weight of the wet snow. I put it in a vase of water and miraculously, the buds opened!
