A Weekend With Tessa

This weekend I’m dog-sitting for a friend. My charge is a rescue dog, a female named Tessa, about seven years old, and part boxer, part terrier – we think. Like all rescue dogs I’ve seen, she’s wary of other people and animals. She does, however, defend her home turf valiantly, barking fiercely when some unknown entity darkens her door.

Actually, this horse’s story is pretty amazing. She was born on a factory farm, where she was meant to die, but was rescued and is now running and playing with all the other horses!

He was a kind, caring king but there was something missing. He couldn’t push his underdeveloped country further. Then  there appeared this boy. Mortally ill yet full of hope and potential. The one who almost destroyed the whole continent. The one who ‘stole’ all of the king’s mana for recovery. The one who holds the future, Fyre.
