Frisk gave a squeak, pushing their back more against the demon. They looked more embarrassed then irritated, but they were sure trying to seem mad. They stuck their tongue out.
“You can only use your size to bully me so much now. I’ve been growing. I’m a whole 4′1″ now!”

Frisk found one way to get someone’s attention was to share interest with them, hense why they hulled this watering can all the way up here. That’s how they’d get Chara’s attention. Dropping the can on their foot was not part of the plan.

“I guess that’s a good idea. The harder part is I don’t really know who I am.” They fell back, covering their eyes with their forearm. “It’s getting harder and harder to figure that out. Maybe I’m just changing, but I really don’t want to. I liked who I was. For a while at least. After coming to the surface. Before and now... I don’t like who I’m becoming, I think.”

Frisk sighed and laid on their back. There was no point in looking for a way out, they knew there was none. Their mind was a maze of offshoots and twists, as inescapable as their ability to revive. The only thing they’d find was unhappy memories. Still, it felt off today.
