Seven years ago, a sparkly vampire met two apocalyptic adventurerers (Scavengers? Bandits?) for the very first time~✨ #ResidentEnis was pitched twice as a movie/series, first to Legendary Pictures and later to Disney. It never got greenlit partly because Monster Gulch was too ambitious a place to film, compared to— say, an apartment or office. Not enough tax breaks probably, either! 😂 I still adore these characters and would love to see them get a Part III one day. BABY, I LOVE YOU! ...actually, I’m terrified of you, with your dead, beady eyes and pouting rubber lips. 😱 This baby doll has appeared in a number of musicals, perhaps most prominently thrown down the stairs in #ResidentEnis. Its squishy, hollow head is both fun and freakish to squeeze inward, creating an unsettlingly alien “fish face” effect. Looking this baby over, you might think someone tried to take a holy brand and burn the evil out of this thing.
