This was Dr. Wayne Dyers daily inspiration message yesterday. But it fit so perfect, for me personally today. It’s easy to go from hot to cold, left to right, and just be all over the place in this business. I sometimes get so frustrated- but then I catch myself and remember, it’s all in God’s hands- everything! I only have control over what I do- what I can do- I don’t have control over others, my customers or clients or not, and so to get upset or frustrated because others don’t deliver is rather ridiculous on my end. When you leave all things in Creators hands, all things will unfold as they are suppose to. As a Broker my job is to make sure my gardens are watered, it is up to the seeds to want to grow, and the sun to provide the light. I’ve learned a lot - experienced quite a bit in my short time as a Broker. I’ve been blessed with many clients and customers! I think the most important thing a Broker can do is always put their clients interest above their own - because I am not motivated by money I find that easy to do. But when I have to walk away from a transaction because the other side threatens the deal or refuses to play fair, it hurts because I still want the best for my client - I want to make sure they are not going to be taken advantage of but at the same time I don’t want them to lose their dream home - all I can do is give the best advice and if they still want to proceed - then walk away.
