If you don't mind me asking, how much were you paying for your own apartment when you lived off site? Everything seems too pricey for a cast member budget and it seems as though a lot of individuals have roommates as a result.
I paid around 570/month and that included utilities and pet rent. My roommate paid around 560 or so. Our place costed us around 1070 a month (water and trash included) And it is defiantly doable with a Cast Member budget if you go in with a roommate or even two and just set aside some money each week for rent at the beginning of next month. The prices in my area have seem to gone up recently but I’ve found that if you get a place that has 3 bed/2 bath, the three of you would be paying around 480 or so and that includes the washer/dryer in unit unlike CP housing (With the exception of The Commons) So you may be paying a bit more but if you budget wisely, it saves you more in the end because you don’t have to pay for coin laundry and you don’t have your rent taken out each week so it gives you a better opportunity to save for rent.
