         she could feel something was wrong, even if he hadn’t said anything. minako had waited long enough for him to bring it up but since jaesung would, she had to asked. there was a hint of concern and worry on her eyes, as if she knew something bad was coming. she would be upset about him wanting to stop seeing her -- if he hadn’t continued and said that after. minako was almost mad. frowning, she pulled away from him. “ i’m sorry but you don’t get to decide what i can or can’t handle. it’s rude and i don’t like people underastimating me. ” she paused for a moment. “ do you really not want to see me again or is that all because of your family? ”

     At the announcement of Ji Yeong’s engagement, he wondered whether he could attend the wedding with his beloved sister. Aside from the fact that she was a big fan, they were already good friends at this point because of Ji Yeong. He might as well further strengthen their already friendly bond with each other. Besides, there was this natural curiosity he had towads Ji Eun.

     IMPATIENT FINGERTIPS DRUMMED ALONG STEEL TABLE, annoyance growing on placid features the longer he sat in wait. jiho cared little for clients’ personal lives, their reasons why he dialed his number and asked of his service, so long as he was given his pay, but he cared very much about punctuality; he was not a busy man by any means, yet his time was precious and it was better spent taking part in activities that interested him. if it wasn’t for the fact his client held power in the underbelly of the city, jiho would have skipped out half an hour ago.

        every new day was just like the previous one. getting up, showering, eating breakfast, going to work. while the repitition would drive other people crazy ( including a certain younger sister of her ), it was one of the things she liked the most. feeling in control, knowing everything would be just the same, no surprises. it was how sunhwa lived, always had been. as much as everyone loved to believe soulmates were real, that there was someone out there that was perfect for you, she never entertained the thought for very long. after the only person she had ever let close had left, she didn’t expected to find anyone else -- and it was fine.

         with her cellphone in hand, sunhwa only looked up from it to check if it was safe to cross the street. the chattering about how her chest was glowing ever so slightly was complete ignored, her mind being elsewhere. in fact, she didn’t even seem to notice how that happened every day, always on the same time, always when crossing the street to the hospital. or maybe sunhwa did notice, but chose to ignore it, afraid of what that could mean to her life as she was used to. and finally, the green light. heels clicked on the ground as she left those curious eyes behind. it was just another regular day of work...
