AL-QASSAM OPERATIONS TARGET INVADING ISRAELI OCCUPATION ARMY IN GAZA CITY
📹 Scenes from the mujahideen of the Al-Qassam Brigades, belonging to the Hamas resistance movement, conducting operations involving the luring of a force from the Israeli occupation army into a pre-prepared, booby-trapped house in the Tal al-Hawa neighborhood, southwest of Gaza City.
Meanwhile, according to a statement issued by the Al-Qassam Brigades on Friday, on the 280th day of war, the Israeli occupation forces continue their incursions into various areas of the Gaza Strip.
Al-Qassam says the war has so far claimed "hundreds" of occupation officers and soldiers, and wounded "tens of thousands", in addition to the "complete or partial destruction of hundreds of vehicles."
The resistance fighters say they continue to use explosive devices, anti-armor and anti-personnel shells, and continue pounding enemy gatherings with rockets and mortar shells.
Al-Qassam pointed to a previous video, published earlier on Friday, which showcased the fighters firing missiles and mortar shells towards the occupation forces' positions along the Netzarim axis, south of Gaza City.
Following the shelling and the above operations, the resistance group also reported targeting a Merkava tank and two Zionist soldiers using two "Yassin" 105mm shells in the al-Tanour neighborhood and George Street, east of Rafah City, in the southern Gaza Strip.
Additionally, after returning from the battlefield, the fighters of the Al-Qassam Brigades reported detonating a total of 4 Merkava tanks using a missile left behind by the occupation army, as well as a "Shawaz" explosive device near the Al-Amin Muhammad Mosque in the Tal al-Hawa neighborhood, southwest of Gaza City.
Al-Qassam also takes responsibility for detonating two military Jeeps using a landmine and a "Yassin 105mm" near Mecca Tower and Al-Amin Muhammad roundabout, also in the Tal al-Hawa neighborhood.
Later in the evening, the Al-Qassam fighters reported fighting an Israeli force of 8 Zionist soldiers at "zero distance", and also detonating an anti-personnel explosive device near the rescue forces, killing and wounding the entire force, all in Tal al-Hawa neighborhood.
