Ingredients: 1 cup spinach. 1/2 cup kale. 1/2 cup cucumber, diced. 1/2 green apple, diced. 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted. 1/2 lemon, juiced. 1/2 inch piece of ginger, peeled. 1 cup coconut water or water. 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional.
Instructions: In a blender, combine spinach, kale, cucumber, apple, avocado, lemon juice, ginger, and coconut water or water. Blend until smooth. If desired, add chia seeds and blend for a few more seconds. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
