   Dangerous though she liked to pretend to be, she’d hardly have done anything to him for entering out of curiosity, of all things. A hand lifted, fingers ever so lightly tracing along the young prince’s jaw as she openly admired him, a hint of amusement in the Goddess’ gaze as she finally landed on her feet before him.

    ❝ You were searching for a place to rest, you said? Perhaps I can offer you a place to rest your head for a time. ❞ 

   It was then her hand withdrew, Ephine starting to walk calmly toward one of the curtained off rooms not too far away. Only when she came to a stop in the doorway did she turn her gaze toward him once more, beckoning for Shiro to follow.

    ❝ However, I will have to see if you are worthy of residing here, even if only temporarily. Does that sound fair? ❞

What she was doing was foolish no doubt, apptempting to catch the eye of her lord while dressed in such a way. Trying her best to hide just how embarrassed she was the ninja gave a nod before retrieving the tea pot from nearby, kneeling at Ryoma's side to pour another cup of tea for him - though in doing so the neckline of the apron dipped to reveal quite the amount of her ample bosom to the crown prince.

Glancing up as she withdrew slightly, it was then Kagero questioned. "Is there... Anything else I can do for you, Milord..?"

It seemed that this week was the week of strolls as the song princess once again found herself on a walk to explore the unfamiliar terrain. This time she took it upon herself to visit the castle of this world, Hoshido, she remembered it to be called. According to the texts she had read once upon a time, the scenery and structures were very similar to those of a time period in a place called Japan. It intrigued her as she hadn’t spent much time in such nature-filled areas during her time as the head of Cathedral City.

Unfortunately despite being near the castle where it’s paths should be well-guarded and patrolled, she still came upon trouble. 

“Well aren’t you too young to be walking these parts alone, how about you hand us everything valuable before you get hurt, lil miss.” They spoke and moved in such an exaggerated and cliche manner that One wondered if she was being “punk’ed” she believed the term was. However as they brandished their swords, they’d soon find out the large chakram she carried was not just for show.

“I’m afraid that you’ve made a mistake if you think what you’re doing is a proper way of living.” A swing of her arm and her weapon had already collided with two of the ruffians, knocking them onto the nearby castle wall. “But seeing as how the proper authorities are not here to deal with you, I shall do so myself.”

     Late night patrols were hardly anything new for the ninja. Come rain, snow or clear weather she would do her duty, even if it meant she were to remain awake all throughout the night just to ensure her prince’s safety. Seating herself upon the porch outside her beloved’s chambers Kagero had been silent the entire time, watching the surrounding area, though the sound of the door opening to his room behind her caused the woman to visibly jump before turning to face the man always on her mind.

     ❝ M-Milord-- ❞ She began, bowing before him out of hold habit. ❝ I thought you were asleep... Is something the matter? ❞

     Truth be told even Kamui was uncertain of just how they’d      ended up in such a situation. To think she would be trapped      in such a place with her brother... Well, she wasn’t really      going to complain. Being up against him in such a way the      princess’ breath mingled with his own, her cheeks flushing      as their gazes met. This was dangerous... She’d been trying      so hard to make sure he didn’t notice her feelings, but what      could she do in this kind of situation?
