Based on the recording of coaching sessions submitted by you, and the feedback we received of the last session uploaded, here’s what we would suggest you to focus on first: · Setting the agenda of the session (helping client identify the real issue) · Interacting, inducing & inciting the client with integrity to what you can offer · Pacing and be in rapport with the client to sense progress client makes towards outcome · Keeping your communication direct on the agenda until client makes the InnerMost Shift
Note the use of all ICF core competencies, IC PROBE GAP framework in the sessions. While you will notice how the coach is opening / closing the session, in almost all the session, it might not be there in some session due to constraint of time.
Create a Vimeo account and update your observations, queries in the comments sections. Reply also to queries from others, this is sure to enhance your understanding as well. We (AlphaStars Team) will also post our observation on your query/ comment from time to time.
