I keep having this thought of wanting to share random art experience things but I'm not sure about the format or if people actually want to know about it

my big post of resources I am going to be using
This list is ever growing please be patient - foclóir.ie - If you've spent 20 minutes in a Leaving Cert Irish class you know exactly what's up. This site is one of the best resources for translating Irish in my opinion. While Google Translate does have it's place in our modern world it struggles with longer sentences in languages like Irish. For cases like those, foclóir is your go to if you can stomach breaking sentences down. Which you should. It's good practice!
Brief introduction post.
Hi! I'm Pez!
- This blog is primarily a passion project that aims to discuss the history of towns, cities and other spots in Ireland as well as some of the miscellaneous things that comes with them.
- I'd like to note that while I love history I am not a qualified historian and am prone to mistakes! My main qualifications are that I live here and speak Irish (though I am not fluent). I will do my best to treat every post with the same amount of love and research but when it comes to certain areas I may be working off of limited resources. I am always happy to have my mistakes pointed out.
- I'd also like to shout out Brinsley McNamara of the Instagram account Weird Ireland for being a huge inspiration for this blog. I cannot recommend checking his account out enough it's the best.
- Lastly I'd like to say that posts here may be infrequent. While I'll try to notify of any particularly long gaps that might occur, things happen and I apologise in advance for any particularly long periods of radio silence. Thanks!
