❝ not to be too forward, but you don’t look like someone who would want to go to one of these. i can’t say i am to a certain extent. i’d rather be doing something more productive. ❞
“I’m a game changer.”
“So you say.” It was a rather uninterested-sounding answer, perhaps even more uninterested-sounding than dragon usually was. Perhaps he had heard it many times before, but there seemed to be more to it than that -- rather than the amount of times he’d heard it, it seemed that Rhongomyniad was filled with the overwhelming conviction that the man was, quite simply, wrong.
“...What does change mean to you, child of man? Will you rally the people? Depose a king? Perhaps you mean to slay a god and take their place, to change the world for the better.” In a tired manner, the void dragon, his body a sea of stars, waved his paw in the air. “Nevertheless, the game will remain the same game. The ‘change’ you know of is naught but an illusion.”
“And what’s your excuse?”
“I can easily come up with at least five, if you are so eager to know.” She starts, grinning widely and insufferably at him, “For starters, I have not eaten the proper amount of food today. Perhaps it is simply a result of how I was raised. Maybe I am simply lacking in empathy. But I do not think any of these are going to make you feel better.”

“Am I interrupting something?” Unsuitable, her voices resounds in the darkened alleyway. Silence had plagued the area before her intrusion and she had expected at most, a cat messing with the trash. Not a man restraining another, a gun laying on the ground far from their reach. Seemingly awkward, she stared in in silence. Maybe she should have not said anything, nor had tried to illuminate the area with her flames.
This is what she gets for trying to take a shortcut.

Rhongomyniad subtly shuddered in irritation. A small group of ruffians, seemingly bothered by the void dragon’s (rather ominous) presence and either brave or foolish enough to try and do something about it, had approached him as he rested by the side of the road. After hurtling some insults his way (which he showed no reaction to), they proceeded to begin kicking him, trying to get him to leave, as though he were a mere beast. The starry dragon swished his tail in silent annoyance before standing up and heading off -- it wasn’t that their kicks hurt; in fact, he felt nothing at all as they struck his scales -- he simply couldn’t stand such useless action, and when it was directed at him, well, that was simply too much.
As he made his way slowly but surely down the street, the dragon turned his head to address someone who had paused to observe the mess.
“...They think themselves brave, chasing off the unknown. Like children, they are, swinging at shadows...are you afraid, too, child of man?”

ಥoಥ: How are they like when they cry? Do they just stream tears nonstop? Does their nose get clogged to the point that it’s hard to breathe? Is it easy for them to speak when they are sobbing? Do they hiccup when they cry?
He very, very rarely allows himself to cry. Because of that, and because it takes rather extreme circumstances to make him cry, it’s an almost physically painful experience, complete with chest constrictions and a severe headache. It normally stops with just teary eyes, and sometimes some hiccups or breath hitching in his throat, and he grits his teeth so tightly together that his jaw aches. When it is too much and he can’t hold back, his sobs tend to be painful, though he doesn’t shed a lot of actual tears. Once he starts sobbing, it’s hard to breathe, and it’s normally rather short-lived. He’ll need to lie down afterward, for a while. Maybe cry into his pillow more quietly, grit his teeth so it all doesn’t come breaking loose again, but too exhausted for much more than that.
