Maybe we should as a bipartisan effort, review the idea of blaming voters in a system that’s not not actually a direct democracy.
Like maybe that’s the real gaslighting we should be as a society trying to pull back and deal with.
Why aren’t we a direct democracy?
I want one genuine answer that doesn’t have creeping eugenic overtones for why the fuck not?
How would that be worst then what the fuck is currently happening?
I mean a lotta responsibility is getting shifted on people who don’t get a fucking say, ultimately.
Not enough blame flowing to the representatives of this representative democracy is all I’m saying.
