Ocean, the two Michlein star restaurant at VILA VITA Parc in the Algarve, has reopened. To mark the occasion, Chef Hans Neuner has designed a new menu he calls “Discovering Portugal.” He takes inspiration from exploring the country’s regions, visiting with locals and perfecting flavors through gourmet-focused research. Notable new additions to the menu include the typically Portuguese Papas de Milho, the Vila Real de Santo António Tuna, and the Fried Cuttlefish with “Ronaldo” Rice from Setúbal.
