PECAN NUT PIE Before laughing till our bellies ached I enjoyed this slice of pecan pie heaven. Simplicity at its best because the taste spoke volumes. Warmed ever so slightly...perfectly for a rather windy evening in CT & paired with creamy vanilla ice cream. Nothing more was needed & I was silent & didn't have much to say to my partner because I was just focused on savouring every mouthful...and anyone who knows me, knows I am a talker lol. Assiette du Friandise - I might not be able to pronounce the name of this dish but I surely enjoyed it. A selection of sweets enjoyed after a meeting. The mango colada was refreshingly delicious & I thoroughly enjoyed each sip. The dish had consisted of a chocolate truffle, mini lemon meringue, a chocolate eclair & two other yummy tarts.
