If you can’t find your file in the recycle bin, then do not worry, especially if you have Windows 8. Go to the drive (or folder) where your file was. Right click and select ‘restore previous version’. But be warned, this will only work if your files have been backed up by file history. So make sure you’ve enabled file history. If you don’t know how; ask us.
