I think something teachers/professors/educators need to remember is that sometimes when their students ask questions, they aren’t looking for answers. They’re looking for advocates. They know the answers to their questions; what they need is someone to help speak up for them when those answers require getting access to certain resources and having to speak with “the higher ups” and “authorities.”
