Mixing for Cerulean Blue Hue -- a combination of Titanium White and Phthalo Blue. We mix for the hue as a replacement for genuine Cerulean as the genuine pigment contains Cobalt and Chromium. Because this mixture contains Titanium White, you must vary the amount of white used to control how light or dark you want your Cerulean Blue Hue.
