Day 47: Celebration A act of true love has always been the Magical source of hope in many fairy tales curses. Someone doing something because of a deep emotional commitment to another. This shifted in Frozen. Anna was suffering and at the brink of losing her battle. She had a choice, True Loves kiss or protecting Elsa her sister. She sacrifices what she felt the answer to her problem to save her sister. The act of true love is a sacrifice for another. Christian care and outreach is a sacrifice of time and sometime resources. Actions of care and outreach is a sacrifice to connect at times to things and people we do not understand. This celebration creates peace for others and the creation of faith filled communities of love. #rethinkphoto #rethinkchurch #rethinklent
Day 47: Celebration Celebrations can come with a long awaited rally. I big come back from the things holding us back and restraining us from being the people we have the potential to be. In the 80's there was no bigger comeback that The Immortal Hulk Hogan Hulking up and overcoming the latest foe. No matter how strong or overpowering, the hero Hogan always found a way back. We have to over power things. There are big comebacks we are constantly working to.
