It was hill day this morning at 6am. I did a 7 min run and then 5 hills.. it felt pretty awesome to feel strong at the end. My stubbornness against running is usually because I'm hearing others ask me about long distance or adventure races. My favorite is mid distance and getting faster at 1 to 3.1 miles. It reminds me of conpetition in college and highschool. I would rather run hill repeats or pace laps... than worry about how many miles I did. My goal to get at least 1 mile in at the 7min pace , and then hit 10 of these hills strong.
