More old doodles! space marine edition.
Years ago I sketched this oncept art for a chief librarian for my custom Blood Angels successor chapter. Of course nothing ever came of it - I started very conservatively, aiming for something that I could feasibly convert out of an existing model, without having to learn high-level sculpting from the get go - this is why he looks fairly plain for a chief librarian. I think it's pretty clear that I got carried away fairly quickly however xd This is a VERY thin and lanky space marine, but it's still a very cool look. I like looking back at it sometimes. I still think this stylized librarius skull on the collar of the armor came out really well. It's the highlight of the whole sketch for me.
