I won't use every NPC, they gotta have at least one line of dialogue (so rip the angel) and can't be a gimmik (rest in peace dissapearing guy, my king Ming, the one in the chinese room, the shrimp npc...) and even then, there are A LOT of NPCs, so some won't get lore pages, they'll have as much narrative purpose as these guys:
