Deltarune Teaparty: Revive Mint

This refreshing treat is based off Italian Ice, a traditional dessert that’s incredibly simple to make!

Ingredients:

- 2 cups water

- ½ cup sugar

- ½ cup fresh mint. Peppermint and spearmint are the best.

- Green food coloring, if desired

Instructions:

1.) Combine the water and the sugar in a saucepan, then put it over high heat to bring it to a boil. Do not stir it just yet.

2.) Once it’s come to a rolling boil, put in the mint, kill the heat, add the food coloring and stir until fully combined.

3.) After fifteen minutes, remove the mint leaves. Pour the mixture into a shallow pan or dish and put into the freezer.

4.) Stir the dish every hour or so. Once it begins to solidify, do so every half hour to forty five minutes.

5.) Once it’s the thickness you would like, scoop it into a bowl or glass

6.) If you’d like, you can add a squeeze of lemon juice on top for some extra flavor, and enjoy!
